Getting to Know….. Aubrey Kadow
Aubrey Kadow, a 4 year member of the Rooted Realty Group team recently sat down with us to share some fun facts about herself! Get to know Aubrey. She’s a Nebraska Native, she says Nebraska because she has lived in many different parts of the state! Born in the Basset area, her family moved to Imperial when she was young and spend a majority of her youth there. They moved to Grand Island then where she graduated from high school before finally landing in Kearney to attend UNK and she’s been here ever since!
Aubrey is part of the RZA Team in the Rooted office. She has the pleasure of working with two of her three siblings! Her older siblings Joel and Alyssa make up the rest of the RZA Team, but you can’t forget about her youngest sister Gentry. The three older siblings are still trying to convince her to join the team as well.
If you know Aubrey, you probably also know her golden retriever Parker. He is the most social dog and super fun loving, you may catch a glimpse of him occasionally at the office. Normally in tow with Aubrey’s son, Kellan. He is getting ready to celebrate his first birthday and is also a regular attendee at the office!
In her free time you will find Aubrey with her family and friends, playing games or sports, or in the summer time at the lake. She loves having a good time and is the life of a party! Which makes sense as her favorite holiday is the Fourth of July, she loves all things summer, beaching, eating good food, and being an American.
Recently, Aubrey has gotten into playing chess and it is now her favorite to play. She recommends watching the show Yellowstone if you have not done so already. Once you finish that start watching all the spin offs! For movies she is a sucker for a rom-com or anything with Will Ferrell. Her favorite part of going to an actual movie theater is the popcorn!
She loves any and all vacations, getting to unplug and get away. Aubrey and her husband Jake recently took Kellan to Steamboat and they had an incredible time. Speaking of her husband Jake, he owns his own plumbing company, Paragon Plumbing. So when Aubrey isn’t busy with Kellan or working real estate, she is helping Jake with the business and operations of his company.
A fun fact about her, she had shingles at just 17 years old! To finish, Aubrey is a hard working, genuine person. She will tell you how it is but in the kindest way possible. She is a blast to have as a friend or REALTOR and once you meet her you are family for life! We love having her as a part of team encouraging others, messing with her siblings, and asking some great questions.
