Karlie was born and raised in Albion, NE, and graduated from Boone Central High School in 2019. Upon finishing high school, Karlie attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She graduated from UNK in 2022 with her bachelors degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. After graduating college, Karlie worked at a credit union for three years. She recently decided to pursue a new career path in real estate.
